About Premier DMC & our services
What does Premier DMC do?
We design, source and manage tailored travel programmes worldwide. Depending on the brief, this can include accommodation, ground transport, tours and experiences, guides, venues, event logistics, restaurant arrangements and operational support.
We work across group travel, corporate and event travel, bespoke itineraries and multi-destination programmes.
Who does Premier DMC work with?
We support travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients, group organisers, clubs, organisations and other professional partners. We can also accept direct bookings where appropriate.
Which destinations do you cover?
Our supplier network allows us to support programmes across destinations worldwide, from major cities to more specialist itineraries. The exact services available depend on the destination, dates, group requirements and local availability.
Explore our destinations or send us a brief for a destination not currently featured on the website.
Can you create a completely bespoke itinerary?
Yes. Bespoke programme design is central to what we do. Tell us the destination, dates, group profile, budget parameters, interests and objectives and we can build an itinerary around the brief rather than forcing the group into a fixed package.
Can we book only part of the programme through you?
Yes, subject to the destination and service. We can support complete end-to-end programmes or selected elements such as hotels, transfers, activities, guides, venues or event logistics. Your proposal will make clear exactly what Premier DMC is supplying.
Travel agents, tour operators & trade partners
Do you work with travel agents and tour operators?
Yes. Premier DMC provides B2B destination and ground-handling support for travel agents and tour operators, including programme design, supplier sourcing, accommodation, transport, experiences and in-destination operations.
Do you provide trade or net rates?
Where available and appropriate to the booking structure, we work with contracted and negotiated supplier rates and can provide commercial pricing for trade partners. Rates, inclusions, taxes, validity and payment terms are confirmed in the individual proposal.
Can Premier DMC work behind the scenes as our destination partner?
Yes. We regularly support trade partners operationally while allowing them to retain the relationship with their client. The exact communication, branding and contracting model should be agreed at the start of the programme.
Who is the organiser under the Package Travel Regulations on a B2B booking?
There is no safe blanket rule that every B2B client is automatically the organiser. The legal role depends on how the travel services are combined, offered, sold and contracted.
Where a travel agent or tour operator creates and sells a package to its own customer as organiser, that business is responsible for its organiser obligations. Where Ventora Group Ltd is legally the organiser, those statutory responsibilities remain with us.
Can you support large or repeat group programmes?
Yes. We can build recurring departures, group series and larger programmes where supplier capacity and destination infrastructure allow. For repeat business we can also establish agreed operating processes, rooming-list deadlines and programme requirements.
Planning, quotes & booking
What information do you need to prepare a proposal?
The more complete the brief, the more accurately we can build the programme. Ideally send us:
- destination or destinations;
- travel dates or preferred date range;
- approximate group size;
- room requirements where known;
- group type and traveller profile;
- required services and experiences;
- budget parameters; and
- any accessibility, dietary, operational or special requirements already known.
How do I request a quote?
Use our Request a Quote page and send us your brief. For a more complex programme, include as much operational detail as possible so we can source the right solution from the outset.
How long is a quotation valid?
Unless the proposal states otherwise, our standard quotation validity is normally 7 days. Supplier inventory, exchange rates, taxes and special-event availability can change, so the validity stated on the individual proposal should always be followed.
When is a booking confirmed?
An enquiry or quotation is not a confirmed booking. Unless we expressly agree otherwise, a booking becomes binding when the required payment has been received and Premier DMC issues written booking confirmation in accordance with the applicable Booking Conditions.
When is the final balance due?
Our standard final-balance date is normally 12 weeks (84 days) before departure, unless different terms are stated in your proposal or confirmation. Specialist inventory, events, exclusive-use properties, vessels or other suppliers may require earlier or staged payments.
Can a confirmed booking be changed?
We will always try to help, but amendments depend on supplier availability, the type of service and the applicable contract. Supplier costs, rate differences and reasonable amendment charges may apply.
Consumer package transfers have specific statutory rules, so we do not apply a blanket “no substitutions within 30 days” rule to every booking.
Protection, payments & cancellations
Are bookings financially protected?
Where Ventora Group Ltd is required to provide insolvency protection for a package for which it is the organiser, the applicable protection is identified in the booking and statutory information supplied to the traveller.
Premier DMC uses Trust My Travel protection arrangements for applicable protected customer payments. Your individual booking documentation and protection confirmation are the authoritative record of the protection applying to your transaction.
Does every B2B payment receive the same consumer financial protection?
No. Consumer insolvency protection and a B2B commercial payment arrangement are not automatically the same thing. The protection and contractual responsibilities depend on the structure of the transaction and which party is the organiser. We confirm the applicable position in the booking documentation.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancellation terms depend on whether the booking is direct/consumer or B2B/trade and on the supplier commitments already made. The applicable cancellation position is set out in your booking documentation and our master Booking Conditions.
For a regulated consumer package, any termination fee must operate in accordance with applicable package-travel law. We therefore do not describe every deposit as non-refundable “in all circumstances”.
What happens if Premier DMC has to change or cancel arrangements?
We will explain the change and the available options based on the type of booking, the significance of the change and applicable law. For regulated packages where we are the organiser, statutory rights relating to significant changes, cancellation, alternatives, refunds and performance apply.
Is travel insurance included?
Travel insurance is not automatically included unless your proposal expressly says that it is. We strongly recommend that travellers obtain appropriate comprehensive insurance as soon as reasonably possible after booking.
We do not state that we can “arrange insurance on request” unless a properly authorised insurance service is actually being provided.
During travel & practical arrangements
Do you arrange airport transfers and local transport?
Yes. Depending on the programme we can arrange airport transfers, private vehicles, coaches, local transport and other ground logistics. Vehicle type and capacity are matched to the confirmed group and itinerary requirements.
What types of accommodation can you source?
We source accommodation according to the brief — from practical group hotels through to premium and luxury properties, villas and specialist stays. Availability, classification and standards vary by destination, and the confirmed property and room basis will be shown in your proposal.
Can meals be included?
Yes. We can build breakfast, half board, full board, group dinners, restaurant reservations and event catering into a programme where required. Exact meal inclusions and beverages are stated in the proposal.
Can you accommodate dietary, accessibility or other special requirements?
Tell us about relevant requirements as early as possible. We will pass reasonable requests to suppliers and provide suitability information where required and available. A request is only guaranteed where we have expressly confirmed it as a contractual requirement.
Can Premier DMC obtain visas for travellers?
We can provide or signpost general destination information where appropriate, but travellers remain responsible for checking and satisfying the passport, visa, immigration, health and entry rules that apply to their nationality and circumstances unless we have expressly contracted to provide a specific service.
Passport validity rules vary by destination — there is no universal six-month rule.
What support is available while a group is travelling?
Our role is designed around operational delivery, so confirmed programmes receive the contact and support arrangements appropriate to the trip. Where emergency contact details are provided, travellers and group leaders should use them promptly if a material issue arises in destination.
Where we are the organiser of a regulated package, statutory assistance obligations also apply when a traveller is in difficulty.
What happens if something goes wrong during the trip?
Please tell Premier DMC and, where appropriate, the relevant supplier without undue delay. Early notification gives us the best opportunity to investigate and put things right while the group is still travelling.
If an issue remains unresolved, it can be raised through the complaints process set out in the Booking Conditions.
Quality, suppliers & working with us
How do you select suppliers?
We work with a global supplier network and use commercial and operational checks appropriate to the service and destination. These can include reviewing supplier credentials, service standards, insurance or safety information where relevant and monitoring delivery and feedback.
Do standards differ between destinations?
Yes. Hotel classifications, transport standards, accessibility, infrastructure and local regulation vary internationally. We therefore design each programme around the destination and brief rather than assuming UK standards or classifications apply everywhere.
Can Premier DMC support corporate events, incentives and meetings?
Yes. We can support accommodation, venues, transfers, group movements, activities, dining, event logistics and other programme requirements for corporate groups, meetings, incentives and events.
Can I partner with Premier DMC as a supplier?
Yes. We work with hotels, transport providers, experience operators, guides, venues and other quality-focused destination partners. Supplier and travel-trade partnership enquiries can be submitted through our partner page or directly to the team.
I still have a question — who should I contact?
For a general question, use our contact page. If you already have a travel requirement, the fastest route is to send us your brief and request a proposal.
